Definitely a positive experience
I purchased a 2018 BMW i3s last week from the Cypress location (off Lincoln). Chris was the sales rep who helped me. He was straightforward and honest. He went above and beyond to assist, by being willing to negotiate on the price of the car, as well as the price offered for my trade-in. In the end, it was a transaction both sides felt good about. Chris was also very responsive when I called for follow up questions after the purchase. He even detailed the car himself the morning I was to pick up, as their detailer was sick. Definitely a positive experience. Thank you AR!

Very good customer service
I recently sold my car to this dealership. I generally would never sell to a dealership but the amount I got for it was about what I was going to get from a private party. I was only there for about 30 minutes. The sales manager was courteous and efficient. Every staff member that I saw greeted me, acknowledged that I was there, and asked if I needed help very good customer service. If you're looking for a place to sell your vehicle, I recommend speaking with the sales manager, I believe his name was Josh.
